| Flood Determination | ||
|
Determinations are completed by hand using current FEMA flood maps, electronic road maps, tax plat maps, and digitized map systems. Determination certificates are completed and returned on the required FEMA Standard Flood Hazard Determination form (FEMA form 81-93). Additionally any structure found within the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) will include the notice to borrower letter. |
