& Company, Inc., offering Insurance products to community banks throughout
the South. Founded upon the 25-year tradition of service excellence of Earl R. Whaley,
CenterPoint provides complete customer service to the bank and borrower.

Experienced individuals make up our management team. Ken Tanner, President, has over 15 years experience.

We attend conferences and maintain professional relationships to stay current
on all aspects of Flood Determination and FEMA regulations and guidelines.

CenterPoint is a member of the National Flood Determination Association (NFDA),
Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA), and Mortgage Bankers
Association of Knoxville (MBAK).
